Even though this was a short class, I do feel this class
was important since Classroom Management is one of the hardest things to accomplish as a teacher.
Some points I learned from this class is:
1. The language of encouragement recognizes the growth and contributions that students
make and promotes within self-reliance, self-direction, and cooperation.(Madden, Lowell)
2. We had a great discussion about the "Failure of John Fred" case study article. I
learned that there is not just one person to blame, but all of the people in his life could have made the slightest influence
in his life if they showed concern for him.
3. I learned that relationships and communication is the most important things in teaching.
